What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver blended training for new hires and tenured sales team members on sales systems and tools
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address skill gaps in the utilization of sales systems and tools
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to improve seller productivity
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of sales systems training
- Gather and apply feedback from sellers and sales leaders for ongoing training improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in developing and delivering sales systems and tools training in a large technology company
- Strong expertise in creating engaging and impactful sales enablement content
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales tools such as Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Dynamics 365 CRM
