What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales onboarding and continuous development programs for field sales professionals
- Collaborate with content owners to design, update, and maintain accurate training materials
- Track training outcomes and performance metrics to assess the impact of training initiatives
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to sales team members to improve their performance
- Explore and incorporate third-party learning tools and best practices into training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5-7 years of work experience developing and leading training and development programs
- Prior work experience in sales, sales support, or enablement
- Proficient in the use of learning management systems and content development tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with assessment tools such as Google Forms and SurveyMonkey
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced and uncertain work environment
