      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs for sales-related employees
      - Partner with Sales Leaders to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
      - Manage the overall sales content library to ensure information is organized and accessible
      - Create and curate high-quality internal training content, including instructional videos and audio guides
      - Provide first-line support for sales enabling tools and technologies, ensuring proper utilization and tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four years of measurable sales experience, preferably with knowledge of ABM sales motions and financial service providers
      - Familiarity with sales methodologies and solution sales processes
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
      - Ability to create content through audio, video, and visuals; instructional design experience is a bonus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in call coaching, behavior scoring, forecasting, and skill assessment
      - Sales management experience
      - Knowledge of Salesforce and data reporting tools
      - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities for cross-functional relationship management
      - A sense of ownership and urgency in taking projects from concept to implementation
