Assist Senior Sales Excellence team members in planning, scheduling, and coordinating global and regional sales training sessions (virtual and in-person).
Support participant management, logistics coordination, and post-training follow-up activities.
Assist in the coordination of the global onboarding program for new sales employees, working with HR and functional leaders to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading course materials, maintaining learner records, and tracking training completion.
Assist in generating reports and data extracts to support compliance and learning progress monitoring.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date training content aligned with the H.B. Fuller Sales Curriculum and Career Ladder framework.
Collaborate with Sales Excellence colleagues on learning and training initiatives, supporting project coordination activities.
Assist with documentation, timelines, and coordination across stakeholders to ensure effective execution of training initiatives.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline training processes and communications.
Support communication with the global sales organization related to training programs, onboarding, and learning initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and updating Sales Excellence Sharepoint pages on the company intranet, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Support the preparation and distribution of Sales Excellence communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, and announcements to promote training programs and self-learning opportunities.
Assist in coordinating content across different communication channels in collaboration with Sales Excellence, Marketing, and other teams.
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to training participation, completion, and feedback.

How to create, improve, and maintain training content and learning materials aligned with business needs.

Job Title: Sales Training Intern
Position Overview
The Sales Training Intern supports the design, development, and delivery of sales training and onboarding programs for a global commercial team. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales enablement, learning content development, training coordination, and internal communication, while building practical skills in project coordination and learning operations within a global business environment.

Minimum Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
· Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
