      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop training courses and curricula for sales training programs
      - Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions in collaboration with the Sales Training Manager
      - Work with subject matter experts to create and test engaging training content
      - Conduct field travel to provide coaching and feedback for sales competencies improvement
      - Support ongoing training and improvement objectives around Salesforce utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in a Life Sciences-related field
      - A minimum of 2 years of experience in the development of training courses
      - Proven written and oral communication skills
      - Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team and across a matrixed organization
      - Proficiency with MS Office suite and experience with Salesforce CRM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in the medical and/or life sciences industry, particularly in sales
      - Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
      - Fluency with eLearning software packages like Showpad and Adobe Captivate
      - Experience in video/graphic design software, including Adobe Premiere and Adobe Illustrator
      - Experience planning and conducting regional and National Sales Training Meetings
