      Location/Division

      Pharma Services Group's (PSG) provides industry-leading end-to-end pharma services capabilities to accelerate the drug development process for our customers. We provide a patient-centric focus through our expertise in drug development, clinical trial logistics, and commercial manufacturing. Our integrated global network of ~17,000 technical, quality, and customer engagement teams supports the drug development journey at 55 sites.

      This is a global role based remotely in the Eastern or Central timezone in the upper 48 US.

      How will you make an impact?

      The Pharma Services Group's (PSG) Sales Training team works to implement global sales training initiatives that ensure the maximum efficiency of PSG's selling organization. This individual will provide technical subject matter expertise in support of our learning systems and sales enablement platforms, working closely with your colleagues on the Sales Training team to support the training programs we deliver. You will join a committed, collaborative team of specialists passionate about training content, design/implementation, onboarding, and technical skills.       Overall Responsibilities:
      • Responsible for the maintenance and execution of PSG's current learning management systems (Brain Shark) including the maintenance, evaluation, licensing, analytics, reporting and troubleshooting.
      • Supports instructional technology and external tools, including platforms/tools that facilitate online training, testing, evaluation, and survey tools. (e.g. MS Teams, Kahoot, QStream, SurveyMonkey).
      • Maintains and supports PSG Commercial Operations and Sales Training internal SharePoint ThermoFisher iConnect Pages.
      • Supports PSG's current sales enablement platform, Seismic, and works together with marketing to create workflows for uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining internal PSG Sales Training content.
      • Creates and maintains standard operating procedures for instructional technology and the associated processes.
      • Continually reviews instructional processes, identifying and implementing actions to elevate overall training program efficiency.
      • Create and deliver training resources and help guides for PSG commercial teams as needed.
      • Provides recommendations and support to integrate instructional technologies that will enhance curriculum and programs
      • Collaborates with the Sales training team, providing instructional design recommendations based on adult learning principles in the creation and delivery of PSG Sales Training programs.

      Management and Maintenance of LMS, Instructional Technology and Sales Enablement Platforms
      • Leads the effective maintenance of the LMS and all supporting tools, content and technologies, roles, user security, internal system notifications and other instructional technology user accounts.
      • Establishes and configures the LMS for course deployment, new courses and implementing improvements for existing courses.
      • Troubleshoots LMS issues, identifying and reporting applicable trends.
      • Resolves IT issues connected to the Learning Management System and or external tools.
      • Create systems, SOPs and workflows to ensure that all course resources are properly set up and available.
      • Aligns and collaborates with the Sales Training team and applies project management to ensure successful development implementation, of instructional technology.
      • Leads the Sales Training team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of course problems by creating and maintaining system and process workflows.
      • Tracks usage of tools and learning management system features to provide reports on trends and creates and drives a plan to address those issues and trends.
      • Manages the testing and evaluation of new features and tools that integrate with the LMS making recommendations that will improve overall training effectiveness.
      • In collaboration with the Sales Training team and Director of Sales Training, creates and implements the long-term plan for learning management system growth and improvement.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      User Management and Reporting
      • Creates user logins and assigns user permission for LMS and sales enablement platforms.
      • Creates and manages user structures - creating user groups and learning cohorts.
      • Leads course enrollment for all training programs, virtual and instructor-led.
      • Creates and publishes reports to measure progress tracking, course completion, proficiency and performance using Brainshark and/or PowerBi dashboards.

      Course Creation and Management
      • Creates help resources and deliverables related to usage of the LMS, instructional technology and/or sales enablement platforms (e.g. instructional micor-videos, how to guides, and FAQ's)
      • In collaboration with Sales Training, designs and deploys e-learning, micro learning and any other course creation and implementation that supports our training curriculum.
      • Publishes and archives online or blended learning solutions and adds/deletes resources.
      • Analyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to Dir ST, HR, . ..
      • Creates and is responsible for the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the Sales Training Manager.
      • Maintain and support high ethical integrity and quality in training content and programs. Ensure all materials are consistent with and support relevant statuary policies.

      • Commercial business knowledge and orientation.
      • Excellent project planning skills, ensuring that cross-functional team members understand roles and responsibilities and key achievements.
      • Experience working within a matrix environment and can influence and inspire change.
      • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (ppt, word, excel, Outlook, and Teams). Experience with LMS systems and reinforcement platforms (e.g. Brainshark, Seismic, Proprofs, Allego, QStream etc)
      • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and exceptional prioritization and organization skills.
      • Exceptional graphic design and PowerPoint skills.

      Minimum Education and Experience: Must be a leader and be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
      • Undergraduate degree e.g. BA, BS
      • 8+ years' experience in a related role:
        • Expertise with instructional design and application of adult learning principles, blended learning approaches and evaluation methods.
        • Preference to diagnostic, healthcare, and/or medical device sales training and curriculum experience.
        • Shown success in working within a team setting and leading the development and completion of programs that align to business initiatives.
        • Excels at building strong collaborator relationships and working cross-functionally, multi-tasking, organization, and time management.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
      • Ability to prioritize, clearly communicate project status, collaborate, and work cross-functionally across a multi-level organization.
      • Understanding of new and current training methodologies, theories, and techniques.
      • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and program management skills.
      • Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (i.e., Brainshark, Proprofs, Docebo etc.). Sales Enablement Platforms (i.e., Seismic, Allego etc.)
      • Strong experience using MS Office (i.e., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote)
      • Experience using Power BI
      • Experience with graphics design and PowerPoint.
