      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement company-supported sales concepts in accordance with industry and compliance standards
      - Drive substantial target premium sales through third-party producers
      - Offer point-of-sale and post-sale support while nurturing producer and client relationships
      - Cultivate and enhance relationships with independent retail producers and institutional account offices
      - Provide expert assistance in case design and collaborate with marketing teams for product recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling with a focus on client engagement
      - Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
      - Self-starter with the ability to actively pursue sales opportunities and build new relationships
      - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of insurance products and technical planning techniques
      - Must hold any of the following designations: CLU, ChFC, CFP; Series 7 and/or Series 24, Series 6, Series 63, Life, Accident & Health licenses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with financial advisors in institutional relationships or RIAs is a plus
