      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage a designated sales territory to meet quotas
      - Conduct research and analyze market conditions to recommend strategies for capitalizing on opportunities
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry contacts
      - Attend industry trade shows and professional meetings to promote the employer's offerings
      - Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activity and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field
      - 12-15 years of experience in a hunter sales role, specifically in prospecting new business accounts and selling software products
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling into Health Plans, with a preference for 7+ years
      - Proven track record of closing Health Plan software system and service sales with significant contract values
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established network of Health Plan account contacts at the Executive level
      - Experience with sales CRMs such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics
      - Strong leadership skills with a history of creating high-performance sales teams
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent analytical skills to research prospective customers and plan sales activities
