What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by identifying and closing contracts for BPO solutions, exceeding sales targets
- Build and nurture the sales pipeline through effective inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and tracking within the CRM platform
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective enterprise clients
- Coordinate resources and subject matter experts to professionally respond to new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-8+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience with midsize to large corporations
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Proficient in CRM and sales engagement tools
