      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility
      - Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and releases
      - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to deployments, mergers, and environment synchronization
      - Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support
      - Stay updated on the latest Salesforce updates and features to leverage the best functionalities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years with the ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
      - Salesforce Administrator certification and the ability to gain the Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification within the first year
      - Understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment management
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management
      - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
      - Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
