What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment, ensuring system integrity and supporting users
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions within Salesforce
- Perform regular data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and backups to maintain data integrity
- Document system configurations, processes, and policies while delivering training sessions to users
- Support integrations with third-party applications and ensure compliance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a CRM system administrator in a customer-centric or service environment
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/Zoom
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to perform under specific deadlines and time constraints
