      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure and administer the Salesforce platform to support projects
      - Build customized dashboards and actionable reporting to support business requirements
      - Provide end-user support for Salesforce applications
      - Perform database management tasks such as data validation and eliminating duplicated data
      - Perform analytical troubleshooting including investigating bug reports and data anomalies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of hands-on Salesforce administrator experience
      - Strong business analysis skills
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with reporting and data analytics
      - Salesforce (or similar) certifications
      - Experience providing end-user support and training
      - Experience working in higher education or public sectors
      - Experience in SOQL or SQL
