Configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to configure user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience
Configuration and maintenance of organization-wide sharing to enable secure and appropriate access to data and records
Maintain object security and record access
Manage user profiles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels are set and maintained
Manage data within Salesforce, including importing, exporting, and updating records from various data sources, and implement duplication rules and additional automation features to ensure data quality and reduce errors
Design and build reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement. Configure and manage advanced analytics features such as Einstein Analytics and ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
Support the release process using tools such as Gearset, ensuring a smooth and seamless deployment while minimizing impact on users. Analyze the impact of changes to the system and communicate the changes to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner under the direction of a senior administrator.
Design and development of automations and solutions using Flow to streamline business processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance the user experience.
Create, and maintain technical documentation
Implementation of best practices, policies and procedures, policies, and procedures
3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Platform, and Financial Services Cloud
Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools such as the Salesforce Setup menu, Process Builder, and Flow.
Familiarity with QA testing methodologies in Salesforce, including designing and executing test plans, managing bug tracking, and collaborating with developers to ensure quality software releases.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment, including participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Familiarity with Gearset or other Salesforce deployment tools
Experience in managing scalable Salesforce solutions and infrastructure projects is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Be someone who stays up to date with emerging technologies and best practices
Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be configuring and maintaining our Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with technologists, product managers, and other stakeholders to streamline business processes and deliver scalable and optimal solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

The expected salary range for this position is between:
$68,400.00 - $104,500.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
