      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and configure Salesforce NPSP for a large non-profit organization
      - Collaborate with development, fundraising, marketing, and operations teams to understand and support Salesforce needs
      - Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builders
      - Perform regular system audits, data cleanups, and prepare for Salesforce updates
      - Provide end-user support, training, and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including declarative automation
      - Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP)
      - Solid understanding of donor management, fundraising processes, and CRM best practices in a non-profit context
      - Strong skills in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and security setup
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
      - Experience with third-party apps commonly used by non-profits (e.g., Classy, Form Assembly, Pardot/Marketing Cloud)
      - Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms and APIs
