What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage tier-one support tickets and oversee daily operations of Salesforce.com
- Serve as the primary contact for maintenance, configuration, and data cleanup within Salesforce
- Handle administrative tasks such as user account maintenance, report creation, and managing user permissions
- Assist users in navigating the Salesforce platform and utilizing its features effectively
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for all updates and modifications within the Salesforce environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in a B2B professional services agency or a demonstrated understanding of the business model within CRMs
- At least 2+ years of experience in creating and updating formal documentation of configurations, specifications, policies, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Certinia PSA, specifically with Timecards and Utilization Calculations
- Strong background in Salesforce.com dashboards and reporting
- Skilled in designing Salesforce Flows with Slack integration for enhanced collaboration
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
