      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage validation rules and perform daily Salesforce.com administration tasks
      - Utilize analytical skills to create and maintain dashboards
      - Oversee Flow Creation and Management within the Salesforce platform
      - Collaborate with the Manager, CRM, and other stakeholder teams
      - Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong skills in Flow Creation and Management, Reporting, and Dashboard creation
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and analytical skills
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Experience with Salesforce platform customization and configuration
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
      - Previous experience in a similar role within a health-tech environment
