      A Day in the Life


      An internal development opportunity has created a 12 month contract role for an experienced Salesforce Analyst. In this role you will own the Salesforce.com platform on behalf of Commercial teams, enjoy the responsibility to drive Salesforce.com strategy and create solutions to enable Commercial team to achieve their objectives.


      You will be based in Medtronic Head Office in Macquarie Park, Sydney and will report into the Senior Manager Commercial Enablement.


      Responsibilities include:

      • Provides Sales Operations business relationship management to all Commercial teams
      • Manage sales enablement systems and processes
      • Closely work with Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that all Sales Operations initiatives are appropriately entered into the PMO, prioritised and resourced
      • Support full usage of Salesforce.com across all business units and functions
      • Provides clear training, guidance, governance and data stewardship to ensure data quality in sales systems is sufficient to enable processes as intended
      • Wherever possible, automate processes & workflow within Salesforce.com
      • Develop proposals for changes/improvements to sales enablement systems and processes in alignment with BU strategy including business case development and stakeholder management
      • Configures sales enablement systems, especially Salesforce.com, to match business requirements
      • Ensures commercial teams are appropriately trained to use sales enablement systems, especially Salesforce.com
      • Uses data captured in sales enablement systems (and others) to communicates insights to key stakeholders
      • Ensure current and future data and system requirements are considered to provide future support to the business units

      Must Have

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • An interest in Salesforce.com administration
      • 1-3 years experience in a business facing, stakeholder management role
      • Good level of knowledge of MS Office suite software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint
