What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications to enhance organizational capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while conducting code reviews and unit testing
- Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and ensure code quality
- Mentor and train junior developers while providing documentation and training on new development assignments
- Communicate progress, roadblocks, and issues to the team and management promptly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Vlocity product suite implementation
- Knowledge of healthcare, particularly in the health insurance (Payor) domain
- Familiarity with Lightning Components, APEX Classes, SOQL, and CI/CD tools
- Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk)
