      Job Description

      We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, strategy, and scalability of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will be the technical expert across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, and Marketing) and integrations, ensuring our Salesforce instance supports business growth and operational efficiency. As a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise with a business-first mindset to drive impactful solutions.

      Responsibilities:
      • Design and develop Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
      • Create and maintain technical documentation.
      • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
      • Mentor Salesforce administrators.
      • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and trends.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
      • Own system documentation and release management strategy.
      • Champion a declarative-first approach while balancing performance and maintainability.
      • Design and maintain a secure Salesforce environment.
      • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps.


      Qualifications:
      • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud experience.
      • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.
      • Salesforce certifications required (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Application Developer, Application Architect).
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
      • Experience in agile environments and working with cross-functional teams.


      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Background in data architecture or business intelligence is a plus.
      • Experience with Agile methodologies.
      • Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration tools.
      • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
