What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between end users and the Salesforce Agile team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of business needs
- Support the Salesforce Program backlog by documenting business requirements and enhancing member and user experience
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure satisfaction with completed work
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Review operational procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce implementations
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Financial services experience and familiarity with financial terminology
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
- Experience in supporting design and development of end-user training and adoption
