  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Liaise between the application development (scrum team), product owners, and customers (internal and/or external)
  - Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories and write clear business requirements
  - Produce workflow diagrams, data mapping documents, and other relevant supporting documentation
  - Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements
  - Perform user acceptance testing and develop user documentation to support training
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 3 years prior Business Analyst experience
  - College degree in business analysis, business administration, or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Strong management and organizational skills with an analytical mindset
  - Basic knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools preferred

  - Experience working in an Agile environment
  - Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain requirements to team members
  - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and workflow creation tools
  - Adaptability and capability of working in a fast-paced environment
