What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Unify and identify data from various platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, and external platforms
- Segment data and create complex segmentation criteria using a user-friendly interface
- Build a unified customer profile across all touchpoints
- Collect and unify data from Salesforce, AppExchange, partners, and MuleSoft APIs
- Implement data mapping and identity resolution rules to create a 'golden customer record'
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Experience working on a Customer Data Platform (CDP)/Data Cloud Implementation
- Working knowledge of data ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation within a CDP
- Experience integrating major platforms like SFDC and SFMC
- Knowledge of batch and real-time integration options
- Good understanding of the data model of Financial Services Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL queries and data model concepts
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Customer Data Cloud (CDC), Data & ID Resolution, and Financial Services Cloud Data Model
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional knowledge of the Financial Services Cloud Data Model
- Strong experience in SQL queries and data modeling concepts
