      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead delivery teams through all project implementation phases, including planning, requirements gathering, and deployment
      - Manage customer relationships and handle day-to-day interactions and escalations
      - Facilitate customer workshops related to sales processes, customer service, and marketing automation
      - Define project goals and coordinate client and delivery resource roles and responsibilities
      - Drive delivery teams to produce high-quality, scalable services and deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Consultant role
      - One or more Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
      - Strong background in Financial Services
      - Proven ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in Financial Services or Banking
      - Working knowledge of integration software such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica
      - Analytical mindset with a methodical approach to problem-solving
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills for professional relationship-building
      - A proactive contributor to team outputs and collaborative efforts
