      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build architecture and automation on the Salesforce platform
      - Create on-record analytics and configure the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) objects
      - Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange and proprietary applications
      - Create comprehensive technical documentation and written recommendations for solution designs
      - Rapidly prototype solutions and integrate feedback for iterative development cycles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting
      - Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required
      - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools
      - Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301)
      - Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets
