      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather requirements and build custom Salesforce applications tailored to business goals
      - Align Salesforce technologies with technical requirements and CRM best practices
      - Develop and deliver demonstrations to senior-level personnel
      - Manage offshore development resources, including configuration, customization, and data migration
      - Utilize formal delivery methodologies to ensure project success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles
      - At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator
      - 5+ years of direct CPQ experience
      - Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer
      - Broad understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Lightning, Field Service, Visualforce, and Apex
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies
      - Strong data management capabilities
