      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agile team members to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
      - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
      - Support the full software development lifecycle, including operational support and documentation
      - Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and RESTful web services
      - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to continuously improve development processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Three (3) to four (4) years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full SDLC
      - Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Process Builders
      - Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Component (LWC) development and integration
      - Understanding of SOAP and RESTful API integrations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce Communities
      - Familiarity with software design patterns and development best practices
      - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
