      Hajoca has over 400 locations nationwide, called Profit Centers; and at the foundation of our family of businesses is a National Support Center (NSC) where Centers of Excellence are dedicated to enabling the success of our Profit Centers.


      The Digital Solutions team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Salesforce Developer at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

      This is a hybrid role, requiring two days in office. Candidates must be local to Lafayette Hill, PA as this is a hybrid role. No relocation assistance provided.


      Pay for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000 per year at this location.

      About the Role:

      The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support key business processes across the organization, as well as system configuration and day-to-day platform management. The person in this role will work closely with business partners, analysts, and other developers to deliver high quality, scalable features on the Salesforce platform.

      In this role, you will:

      Design & Develop:

      • Develop and maintain Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and configuration.
      • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices.
      • Create and maintain data models, validation rules, workflows, and page layouts.
      • Write clean, well structured code with appropriate test coverage.

      Administer System Enhancements & Support

      • Administer, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Salesforce environments.
      • Assist with enhancements, deployments, and production support.
      • Test and debug new features, updates, and integrations.
      • Work with analysts to improve existing workflows and user experience.

      Support Integration & Data

      • Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
      • Query, manipulate, and manage data using SOQL, data loaders, or integration tools.

      Collaborate

      • Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing effort estimates and updates.
      • Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and recommend system improvements.
      • Collaborate with senior developers and architects on larger projects.

      About You:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
      • 2 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
      • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Additional certifications (Admin, App Builder, etc.) are a plus.

      Our ideal candidate will also:

      Demonstrate Technical Proficiency:

      • Have strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/ SOSL, and standard Salesforce configuration.
      • Possess an understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
      • Have experience working with REST APIs or middleware integration patterns.
      • Be familiar with version control systems such as Git.
      • Have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
      • Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
      • Possess knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
      • Possess an understanding of modern development patterns (modular design, reusable components).
      • Have a solid grasp of enterprise systems, SDLC processes, and IT infrastructure.
      • Possess a strong understanding of business operations in Sales, Inventory Management, and Purchasing.
