      Job Summary

      As a part-time Salesforce Developer, you'll work closely with our Revenue Operations and cross-functional go-to-market teams to design, build, and deploy enhancements to our Salesforce Lightning environment. Your focus will be on improving automation, reporting accuracy, and scalable internal systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with deep Apex expertise who thrives in SaaS environments and wants to contribute to a fast-moving, impact-driven company.

      You'll begin by owning a set of scoped, high-impact initiatives and may continue to support additional projects over time. This is a fully remote, part-time W2 opportunity requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week.
      Scope of Work & Deliverables

      The Part-Time Salesforce Developer will lead the implementation of high-impact enhancements within our Salesforce Lightning environment to support revenue reporting, automation, and account-level intelligence. This work will directly enable greater self-sufficiency for our internal RevOps and GTM teams.

      Discovery & Planning
      • Review existing Salesforce architecture, data models, formulas, and flows
      • Assess limitations and technical debt related to reporting logic
      • Finalize scope and success metrics for key initiatives in collaboration with Revenue Operations
      • Document configuration and customization plans for handoff and sustainability

      Core Development & Implementation
      • Revenue Roll-Up Automation - Build Apex logic to aggregate revenue from opportunity line items for accurate blended reporting
      • Margin Fee Restructure - Refactor logic to isolate margin fees to recurring revenue, using Apex to replace formula-based limitations
      • Active Customer Tracking - Rebuild deprecated logic to reliably flag accounts with active subscriptions
      • Product Intelligence - Optimize and repair account-level tracking for number of active products
      • Active Revenue Roll-Up - Create logic to aggregate active revenue to the account level for consistent executive reporting

      Each deliverable will include configuration, documentation, and deployment support as needed.

      Support & Optimization
      • Provide technical QA, testing support, and refinements post-deployment
      • Coach internal Salesforce admins on ownership of future enhancements
      • Recommend scalable architecture improvements for ongoing projects
      • Remain available for scoped bug fixes, logic enhancements, and reporting updates
      Key Responsibilities
      • Build and maintain custom Salesforce Lightning solutions using Apex, Flow Builder, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
      • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
      • Support Salesforce integrations with tools such as NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, and DealHub CPQ
      • Maintain key fields, formulas, flows, and reporting logic powering our GTM engine
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting GTM teams
      • Document logic and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
      Required Skills & Qualifications
      • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in a SaaS or tech environment
      • Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flow
      • Experience deploying and optimizing custom objects, triggers, and performance-sensitive logic
      • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (NetSuite, Outreach, HubSpot, Gainsight, DealHub)
      • Strong communication skills and ability to explain logic to non-developers
      • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
      • Platform Developer II or Salesforce Admin certification a plus
      • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
      • No C2C or agency arrangements
      Schedule & Structure
      • ~10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
