What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with external systems to enhance functionality
- Engage directly with stakeholders and end users, providing product demonstrations
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to contribute to project success
- Test and debug complex software components and units, ensuring quality delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional engineering/development experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be able to obtain up to a Secret security clearance
- Salesforce development experience required, including hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, and Apex
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge and expertise with Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Experience with OmniStudio preferred
- Microservices/API experience (SOAP/REST) a bonus
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification a bonus
