What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with external systems for enhanced functionality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews
- Engage with stakeholders and end users to provide product demonstrations and gather requirements
- Test and debug complex software components and develop product documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional engineering/development experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be able to obtain up to a Secret security clearance
- Salesforce development experience is essential
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Flows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Familiarity with microservices/API (SOAP/REST)
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX, jQuery, etc.
