      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
      - Handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications, including user account maintenance and data access management
      - Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems effectively
      - Assist in training new users and enhance application knowledge across the organization
      - Develop and deploy tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside within the DC area
      - Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of total experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience
      - Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of 2 years of Salesforce functional experience
      - Experience working with product owners to translate business needs into Salesforce user stories
      - Experience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Scrum Master
      - Experience leading grooming sessions and managing product backlogs
      - History of mentoring and overseeing junior functional resources
