What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute Salesforce deployments using tools like Gearset, Change Sets, and SFDX
- Oversee environment pipelines from development through production, ensuring coordination across projects and teams
- Identify and remediate metadata inconsistencies between Salesforce orgs
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain clean, reliable environments
- Monitor Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts on org configurations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years supporting Salesforce development teams in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, Lightning, and declarative tools
- Hands-on experience with Gearset, Change Sets, and SFDX
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and complex release timelines
- Ability to assess Salesforce code/config changes for risk and impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems
- Background managing multi-org Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices
- Exposure to regulated industries or healthcare
