What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute email marketing solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Setup, customize, and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related app implementations
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications
- Ensure design constraints are met by configuration and software development
- Think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 plus years experience designing, administering, and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform and best practices for integration
- Experience building custom email templates, dynamic emails, and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 plus years applied experience
- Ability to recommend, direct, and implement best practices on the platform

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Tableau and design technique
- Expertise in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
- Recognition as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
