What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define and prioritize product features
- Translate business processes into user stories, use cases, and detailed documentation
- Act as a product owner in agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Support alignment between regulated and non-regulated areas of the business
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather insights and define value delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in large-scale enterprise environments
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on or functional experience with Salesforce CRM at the enterprise level
- A minimum of 3 years working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance, healthcare, insurance)
- 5+ years embedded in business-facing teams (CX, Product, Marketing, not traditional IT)
- 4+ years working in agile environments (Scrum) with active Product Owner roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the energy/utilities sector
- Experience working across segmented business areas (regulated vs. unregulated)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certifications
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Lucidchart
- Involvement in CRM transformations or reorganization of ownership structures
