- You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the product, ensuring that it meets the success criteria of your stakeholders
- You will partner and challenge the Tech Lead to ensure alignment and feasibility of product and technical vision and requirements
- You will create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation
- You will be responsible for code review, coding standards, adhering to best practice, governance, analysis, documentation and frameworks
- You will ensure the product meets all legal, regulatory, risk and control requirements
- You will be hands on, detail orientated, and outcome focused as well as a strong team player
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering and scaling customer service operation technology products in Salesforce
- Experience of delivering LDV (large data volumes) integration and security
- LWC (Lightning Web Components)
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce out of the box functionality and tools so that these can enable the quick delivery of new features
- Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development
- Expert-level knowledge in Agile principles, processes, and best practices
- Strong experience with planning, prioritising, and maintaining product backlogs
- Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and is aligned with product strategy
- Strong experience with hypothesis-driven development, product experimentation, and product analytics
- Strong communicator and comfortable in explaining Salesforce design/ architecture & roadmap to a wide range of audiences from both technology and business backgrounds
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
- Enterprise experience would be extremely desired
- Banking of financial service industry experience would be desired
- Salesforce Service cloud and FSC (Financial Services Cloud) experience
- Any project / programme management experience
- Any analytical experience around Salesforce
- Consultancy background
- TOGAF 9.2 or Zackman
- BA Certifications desired (ideally Salesforce)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (again, ideally to this level)
- Salesforce Architect Certification
