What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex development projects on-time, on-budget, and to client specifications
- Drive delivery on time in a government client consulting environment with multiple product owners
- Identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points, and implementation architecture for business usage improvements
- Oversee Salesforce.com administrators, developers, and functional analysts to ensure requirements are met and projects are delivered within scope and quality
- Lead and collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive training materials and change management collateral
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Citizenship required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Three (3) years of experience managing Agile teams delivering Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities applications
- Proficiency in managing product releases, sprints, and development cycles using program and project management tools
- Experience overseeing a Salesforce development or administration team
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certification in Agile methods
- Experience collaborating with developers, clients, and other business analysts
