- 4 years of distinguished Salesforce Administrator experience
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Administrator & Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Ability to create advanced Flows and convert legacy Process Builders and workflow
- Proficiency in creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rule
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization
- Strong understanding of the Aetna business
- Ability to read and diagnose Apex code

Position Summary
The Salesforce Senior Administrator will be principally responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of a 12-year-old Salesforce Org of moderate complexity with an extensive code base. They will work in tandem with a fully-fledged team of administrators, business analysts, developers, and a solution architect.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $166,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
