What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build solutions based on established requirements
- Document standard operating procedures as needed
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce team
- Ensure system qualities such as correctness, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with team members to implement processes and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of professional and relevant experience
- 8+ years working as a developer within Salesforce including SOQL/SOSL, jQuery, APEX, and Visualforce
- 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and other relevant Salesforce certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mass data integration/handling tools (e.g., Informatica)
- Strong understanding of security concepts (authentication, SSL, SSO, etc.)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of integration patterns: SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and middleware
