What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for custom solutions
- Conduct unit tests and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Lead user training sessions and provide ongoing support for Salesforce adoption
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges while maintaining effective communication across departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with enterprise Salesforce deployments
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and platform configuration
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in data integration
- Commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience deploying enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions
- Experience working on an Enterprise IT team in higher education
- Salesforce certifications in areas such as Administrator or User Experience
- Background in business and technical analysis
- Familiarity with data architecture and application architecture
