      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interface with customers to gather detailed solution requirements and develop solution approaches
      - Document processes and solutions following recommended best practices
      - Communicate effectively to help clients and team members clearly understand the solutions
      - Proactively identify areas of gaps/risks and communicate with project managers and technical leads
      - Support the delivery team in ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 7 years of experience in the software development life cycle, with 4+ years on the Salesforce platform
      - Experience with requirements gathering and documentation of requirements/user stories
      - Hands-on experience designing and configuring solutions
      - Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications, preferably Sales & Service Cloud Consultant
      - Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce solutions, including administration and low-code automation development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a consulting environment
      - Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service solutions
      - Experience with agile development methodologies and scrum practices
      - Background in Contact centers & Telephony solutions
      - Undergraduate degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering/STEM fields
