What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based software solutions and data architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into architectural specifications
- Develop and maintain the architecture of Salesforce and its surrounding applications
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture and software development, specifically with SalesforceDX, VS Code, BitBucket, and Git
- Proficiency in system design methodologies and various programming languages
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Platform, API integrations, and custom workflows
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, data management, or web design
- Working expertise in AI transformation
