      JD:

      • 7 to 8 years of experience as a developer
      • Have worked on Sales, Service and Experience cloud
      • Vlocity experience is nice to have
      • Good hands-on experience on REST, SOAP and oData API
      • Integration with external system
      • DevOps experience is important using tools like Copado

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to serve as a technical advisor, providing hands-on development, code reviews, and technical guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will lead the technical team, collaborate closely with stakeholders, create design documents, and support the Solution Architect in ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Technical Leadership & Advisory:

      o Act as a technical advisor for best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.

      o Provide code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and scalable architecture.

      o Offer mentorship and guidance to developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

      • Hands-On Development & Implementation:

      o Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

      o Implement integrations with third-party applications and APIs using REST and SOAP web services.

      o Optimize and refactor code to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability.

      • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

      o Interact with business stakeholders on a daily basis to gather and understand requirements.

      o Translate business needs into technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.

      o Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and technical challenges.

      • Solution Design & Documentation:

      o Assist in creating design documents, technical specifications, and architectural blueprints.

      o Work closely with the Solution Architect to design scalable and robust solutions.

      o Ensure proper documentation of technical processes, configurations, and system architecture.

      • Technical Team Leadership:

      o Lead and coordinate the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

      o Conduct technical assessments, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

      o Enforce coding standards, CI/CD best practices, and DevOps processes.

      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
      • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Custom Objects, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Validation Rules.
      • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
      • Hands-on experience with APEX Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Platform Events.
      • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and governor limits.
      • Experience working in Agile environments, using Jira or similar tools.
      • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

      Must-Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administrator).

      Nice-to-Have:

      • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect, System Architect).
      • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Vlocity.
      • Knowledge of middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi
