- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce AI features
- Experience working with MuleSoft and SAP on integrations to Salesforce
- Knowledge of Marketo, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ
- Salesforce.com Technical Architect certification
- Active participation in the Salesforce community
