      As the Sanitation Supervisor at our milk production facility, you will be responsible for overseeing all sanitation activities within the facility. You will ensure that cleaning procedures are followed, equipment is maintained, and the production environment remains safe and sanitary.

      The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Supervise and manage the sanitation team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective cleaning practices.
      • Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation protocols in compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
      • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitation requirements.
      • Coordinate and oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas of the plant are properly sanitized and maintained.
      • Train sanitation staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and equipment usage.
      • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure minimal disruption during cleaning processes.
      • Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, including cleaning schedules, inspections, and corrective actions.
      • Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
      • Investigate and address any sanitation-related issues or non-conformities promptly.
      • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the sanitation team.

      What we are searching for

      • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in food safety or sanitation preferred.
      • Previous experience in a sanitation supervisor role, preferably in a food production or dairy environment.
      • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
      • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
      • Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
