Production Operations Senior Manager for the MFC Santa Barbara Focalplane (SBF) facility, reporting to the Vice President Production Operations Sites. This position leads an organization of Production Operations employees in Goleta, California including all employees in Production, Planning & Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Detector Physics, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Facilities, ESH and Production LOB Management. The Production Operations Senior Manager is responsible for the SBF factory including wafer fabrication, Focal Plane Array test and fabrication, dewar fabrication and Integrated Dewar Cool Assembly fabrication and test. Santa Barbara Focalplane supports multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas and MFC lines of businesses, and external customers. -A full spectrum leader with demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of executives and first-line management, industry peers, and internal and external customers
- Strategic thinker with manufacturing leadership experience, and lean manufacturing focus
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets, cost, quality, and schedules
- Experience leading Performance Management Team processes and metric
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance - Experience in infrared or semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Ramp to rate experience
- Manufacturing site leadership
- Greenbelt or Blackbelt certified
- Experience working with DOD requirements
- Production Operations Program Management experience
