What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines and resource allocation
- Analyze existing SAP BO reports and data structures, mapping them to Power BI datasets
- Recreate SAP BO reports in Power BI, ensuring functionality and data accuracy
- Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights
- Conduct testing and validation of migrated reports and dashboards for accuracy and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Proven experience in migrating reports and dashboards from SAP BO to Power BI
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in SAP BusinessObjects and/or Power BI
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SSRS
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
