      • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
      • Master's degree preferred.
      • 10+ years of experience in SAP


      Position Overview:
      • We are seeking a seasoned SAP BPC Lead consultant with strong experience in SAP BPC functionalities including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation to execute and delivery a complex transformation project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
      • The candidate will be responsible for the design, implement, deploy complete SAP BPC solution with integration with SAP S/4HANA, while providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the configuration build, testing and cutover activities of their journey to SAP BPC and S/4HANA.
      • The current solution of Hyperion with SAP ECC will be transformed to SAP BPC with S/4HANA.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Functional and Technical Consulting:
      • As BPC Lead collaborate with business stake holders to understand financial processes, analytics and organization needs in this area.
      • The Lead explores and involves in designing, implementing SAP BPC Planning, consolidation, and Group reporting.
      • The Lead is responsible for ensuring the SAP BPC areas operates efficiently, reliably and supports systems.
      • The Lead serves as a subject matter expert on SAP BPC on S/4HANA areas providing guidance and support to users and other team members.
      • Play crucial a role works closely with project management team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
      • Working with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of SAP BPC solutions.
      • Using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
      • Balancing technical requirements with business needs, constraints, and Guides team in every functional and technical aspect

      Business Process Analysis and Optimization:
      • Work closely with Financial Planning and Consolidation departments to understand their processes and needs.
      • Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements as per SAP Standard Practices.
      • Ensure the SAP system is aligned with business processes and requirements.

      Testing, Training, and Support:
      • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate SAP BPC configurations and functionalities.
      • Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance.
      • Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives.
      • Train end-users on the functionality of SAP BPC with SAP S/4HANA.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BPC issues.

      Integration and Data Migration:
      • Ensure seamless implementation of the BPC functionalities with SAP S/4 HANA financial areas and other areas as per business requirements.
      • Oversee data management requirements, data flow for BPC with S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
      • Collaborate with data migration and technical teams on activities regarding data extraction, transformation, and loading into SAP S/4HANA during build, test, and cutover phases of the project.

      Reporting and Analytics:
      • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP tools.
      • Assist in the utilization of BPC and SAP S/4HANA's embedded analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into business data.

      Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for key business stakeholders including business users, project sponsors, and IT teams, providing regular updates, progress reports, and presentations on project status and milestones.
      • Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, address concerns, and obtain feedback throughout the transformation process.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the process and deliverables.
