      • Subscription Contract change processes and customization
      • B2B Master agreement and Partner agreement
      • ODI framework and common object layer
      • Provider Contract Management
      • Billable item and Consumption Item management
      • Billing and Invoicing management
      • Billing Plan
      • Master Agreement and invoice level discounting
      • Partner agreement management
      • FICA integration and accounting determination
      • Different posting areas
      • Knowledge of all BAPIs, FQEVENTS, User-exits in SOM, CI, FICA
      • Integration with FI-GL, CO-PA
      • FICA and FI-AR integration
      • Integration with SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting
      • Taxation in SAP FI or 3rd party taxation integration
      • Understanding time based and event-based revenue recognition scenarios and integration touch points

      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Team player and ready to accept assigned tasks
      • Collaborate and communicate within team effectively and resolve the Incidents
      • Triage, assessment, resolve, document resolution, update knowledge base (for new issues) and close incident
      • and service requests tickets as required consistently and within SLA, using the Incident Management System
      • Analyze the Issue threadbare and recommend the right solution / approach
      • Supporting technical development and debugging, wherever needed
      • Test incident resolution
      • Generate problem ticket for recurring incidents and assign
      • Update training documentation, user manuals, and self-help checklists with resolution actions as appropriate
      • Monitor the incident for expected progress within the team
      • Manage SLAs and KPIs with the team and prepare report for weekly meetings
      • Coordinate Incident Resolution with SAP / 3rd Parties where required
      • Should work with Offshore team in India and extend working time to suit the offshore team for regular handholding

      Generic Managerial Skills:

      • Participate in creation of detailed project plan with all dependencies
      • Experience in leading and managing team members working onsite and offshore based out of multiple locations.
      • Overall management of the responsible track throughout its lifecycle
      • Proactively identify changes in scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders in order to reassess and amend the scope of work, budget, and timeline

      Salary Range: $93,700-$150,000 a year
