What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver BW initiatives/projects for the employer and provide technical and business expertise in solution development and implementation
- Analyze data requests, document business requirements, and design reporting solutions related to BW
- Develop extractors, ADSOs, Composite Providers, CDS, and Open ODS Views to meet business requirements
- Develop Real-Time data models for reporting and analytics
- Monitor BW runs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize end-user data access response times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of technical experience with SAP BI/BW, with 3 years of experience in BW 7.5 on HANA and higher
- Experience with Native HANA Modelling and Business Objects Suite
- Experience in the configuration of BW data objects including InfoObjects, InfoSources, Transformations, ADSOs, Composite Providers, CDS, and Open ODS Views
- Experience in LSA++ architecture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BI/BW Upgrade projects
- Understanding of SAP ERP modules O2C, P2P, R2R, FI-CO, Supply Chain
