Job Title: SAP Data Migration Test Lead
Location: Mississauga, ON(Remote)

Job summary
In this role you will be a key member of the finance systems transformation deployment team, known internally as Project MasterChef. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the MasterChef deployment is a success in each geography covered by the squad, working with local finance teams to identify and meet the local Legal Statutory Tax and Regulatory (‘LSTR’) requirements and feedback to the Central Process team any evolution of the Global template that would be required. You will be specifically responsible for quality assurance activities including in creating and executing test cases and tracking defects. You will also provide knowledge transfer to the local teams and ensure clear communication on testing activities with both the central team and the local teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
This role will be involved in some or all of the following activities:
• Work with local teams and central QA team members in the execution of test plans and managing activities to ensure testing objectives (reliability, security, flexibility, scalability, performance)
• Managing System Integration testing and User Acceptance test cycles including managing the defect lifecycle
• Validating the successful implementation of configured business logic in SAP S/4 Hana Cloud
• Validating the successful implementation of differentiating business logic in customized components built to work with the SAP platform
• Validating the accuracy and completeness of data migrated from legacy platforms to SAP S/4 Hana Cloud, plus the accuracy and completeness of data moving from the SAP platform to the BCG data layer
• Validating the successful and dependable implementation of integrations to and from dependent applications
• Advising on quality metrics relevant to the project / domain
• Creating new processes and policies to support the team and communicating them to peers and stakeholders
